EDUCATION
I earned a master's degree in strategic communication from Washington State University's Edward R. Murrow College of Communication. I love helping and teaching people more than anything else, and assisting clients with branding and website design is great fun!
I also hold a bachelor's degree in English from Whitworth University, where I focused on creative writing. I consider myself to be a grammar nerd, and I love using commas!
EXPERIENCE
I launched Purple Horizons after finishing my master's degree. My true gift and passion is helping women who are making their dreams come true by helping them make their brand as special and unique as they are.
From 2013-2018, I owned another business, Tyana Kelley Birth Services, working as a birth & postpartum doula, as well as a childbirth educator. This experience increased my empathy and listening skills, and taught me how to help those with postpartum mood disorders, which was where I focused most of my efforts.
Personally, I have dealt with a lot of adversity through the years, and despite that, I graduated from college in four years, earned a Master's Degree, and have a thriving business and a happy family. This adversity has made me love working with people who are hell-bent on improving their own lives.
